Hello! I am Mia.

My love for infants started when I was a toddler myself (see below). I started caring for young children and infants in 2010. Throughout the years, I have worked with first-time families, families with multiples, and newborns with differences. I began my professional career in education, as an elementary school teacher. Throughout my time, I began to realize my passion lies within newborns, new parents, and perinatal mental health. As I transition out of classroom teaching, I have shifted my focus to mental health, and postpartum support. I hope to share my passion with new families while educating, supporting, and caring for you in one of the times of greatest need. I am so looking forward to meeting you.

I am a DONA-trained postpartum doula servicing Manhattan and Brooklyn, with a passion for supporting families during the transformative postpartum period. I am infant CPR, and first-aid certified. My mission is to provide guidance, care, and reassurance as you navigate the joys and challenges that come with welcoming a new member into your family.

If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it.
